Residency Restrictions
At least one resident must be over 55. All other permanent residents must be 45 or over. Max occupancy - 2 persons per bedroom.
All Residents must be registered with the office. Please be sure to complete a Resident Registration form within 30-days of taking residency.
Persons under 45 may only stay for a total of 60 days in a calendar year.
Pet Restrictions
The association allows two pets per home. Pets must be 20 lbs. or under. Pets are not to be walked in the streets and common areas. Registered Service Animals are not pets and therefore are not restricted by these rules. Service Animal credentials must be submitted and kept on file.
